![]() I felt that I just had to be resigned to losing until the RNG Gods decided to hand me a winning deck. I enjoyed playing the Defect and Ironclad at A20, but the Silent was tedious. I agree the Silent was the hardest on A20. (i have 400 hours in Slay the Spire and this is the first time I have felt this unfair bias between the 3 hero's) If the Silents lack of game presence isn't improved soon, 33% of your games variance is going to dissapear. Mega Crit I have all but stopped playing the silent and only play Defect and the occasional Ironclad run. And since you fight 2 bosses you chances are 66% to get one of the 3rd act bosses that hard counters a Silent deck. Yet can't win 1 with the silent cause the silent archtypes are hard countered by one of the bosses. ![]() I have won multiple runs with both the Ironclad and Defect with multiple different runs on Ascension level 20. The Silent clearly needs a buff or the bosses on Ascension Level 20 need to be nerfed. The Ironclad and Defect can scale with almost any run that doesnt require infinte loop combo's or game breaking combo's to win. ![]() The problem is simple the defect and ironclad both have scaling, the silent doesn't your best bet is simply for some infinite combo with energy or lntangible infinite combo. The silent is far weaker than both the Defect and the Ironclad.
